Hangar owners must contact Mick Heiner to collect paperwork pertaining to their hangar. Some hangar owners have contacted Mick and finalised all paperwork. You know who you are.
"Owners" need to complete all forms and pay associated govt regulatory and servicing costs associated with each structure.
"Owners have had at least 5 years to comply with engineering requirements.
Acer Forrester are charging $330 inc GST for each permit. This must also be paid to me at signing. (Standard cost are $1320+).
The Mick Heiner engineering costs can be negotiated directly with Mr Heiner.
It is strongly impressed upon all “owners “ that all required upgrade works and subsequent final inspections and Occupancy Permits issued by Acer Forrester MUST be finalised by 30 September 2009.
Hangars not finalised by this date will be resumed by the Meyerings and a decision made to upgrade or demolish the existing structure.
