Joe is building a castle as spring arrives (well the buildup at least)

As part of Joe's school work, he is designing and constructing a castle. I have to say it is looking very good and my only input has been rejected so I can say it has been constructed from plans found on the Internet, boxes liberated from Bunnings and a large number of WW II plastic soldiers who are yet to get into medieval character.

While castle construction continues, our confused flowers continue to put on a colourful display as our young frillneck lizard has begun to develop his frill.

Joe and the Volcano

 Joe has just completed a school project relating to natural disasters. As part of the project, he built a volcano from modelling clay and created an eruption using a combination of vinegar, bicarb soda and food colouring. Although there is a video, here are some of the still shots.
