After an extended period at Karama due to renovations at Anula, we are back at Anula.

Last weekend Anula Family Karate conducted a grading and it was great to see such a large number of people grading. It was a great effort and parents and partners proudly watched as forms, blocks, kicks and sparring were demonstrated.

Master Mike Austin attended and provided a great debrief to all groups participating in the grading.

Condolences to Bill, Sally and Thor on the passing of Bill's Mum...
