Casuarina student third in brain test (8 February)
Congratulations to Fletcher Luders of Casuarina Senior College (and Anula Family Karate) for an outstanding performance in the national final of the Brain Bee Competition recently. Fletcher spent about a week with staff at the ‘brain institute’ at the University of Queensland in preparation for the final, where he finished third. The Brain Bee is a neuroscience competition for high school students.
